EeeeeeeeeK!!!!
How do you NOT lose any weight when you are only consuming 400 to 500 calories a day??
I have been doing AWESOME as far as my success pre-op and post-op, then all of a sudden, it's like i ran face first into a brick wall!! UGH!! Last Wednesday I moved on to adding Seafood in my diet, and it consists of a piece of broiled fish or 4 grilled shrimp for a meal or some crab dip..So how is it that i stop losing weight?? I am taking all of my vitamins, getting the amount of protein from food that my dr. wants and actually then some and I'm drinking my water! I haven't gotten out the past 3 days to exercise because it has been raining, BUT i have gone out shopping, walking around stores, and have been busy around the house!! Even without exercising, I am burning AT LEAST the amount of calories I am taking in, just by normal household routines!! What gives??
I suppose the scale will be my friend again soon, maybe it is taking after my 2 year old and is being a brat, LOL who knows!! Tomorrow we will see!! I am just frustrated at the moment.

Jami - Girl - I am EXACTLY where you are! Sunday the scale stopped moving. I even gained a pound. I decided today that I would only weigh myself once a week from now on. Let's see if I have the willpower to do that. When they sever the nerves that keep you from feeling hunger, it is too bad they don't lobotomize the part of the brain that makes you want to weigh all the time!!!!!
Hang in,
Susan
Hi Jami! I think that's a case of... "I KNEW it wasn't going to work for ME!" Type moments that we ALL have. It's ok, it's just your body trying to figure things out. The ladies are right on... STAY OFF THE SCALE! I know... it's sooooo tempting. But it will save some worry (and temptation to put the wrong thing in your mouth!) Good Luck doll!
